Few Tips Speaking 1. Read aloud, speak little loudly than you usually talk. By this, I don’t mean to shout at the top of your lungs, but be louder as it will bring more confidence. The speaking should be spontaneous, without any hesitation at all. I used to get very low Speaking scores as I talked very quietly thinking I might disturb others. 2. Speak a bit faster. I usually speak slowly emphasizing each word but after hearing my Read aloud recording, it seemed at snail's space. So speaking faster than normal talk stressing each word clearly is significant as it affects our fluency. 3. For repeat sentence, even if you don’t understand the full sentence, repeat back the line in the same tone completing the sentence with any additional words you may seem worthy. For eg, one repeat sentence was very fast and I didn’t understand half of the sentence. But I repeated the sentence confidently without any hesitation filling words which I seem correct. 4. Hi all, I would like to introduce myself as Soumya, a computer Engineer. As like everyone else, I initiated the process for my PR to settle in Australia. With my international experience and qualification, I was very much confident that I will score good marks in PTE in my first attempt itself. Without much research and practice, I was all set for the exam day. But Alas, my score in Speaking was 36 and the overall score was 60. At that moment, I realized that having well versed in English and using it in our daily life doesn't imply that it will give a 90 score.
